Municipal Town Shelters

We are grateful for the existence of town shelters and to those who work hard in them because without them, more cats would be out on the streets. However, our shelters are over-crowded and overwhelmed with long wait-lists of yet more cats waiting to come in.  This is what inspires us to continue with our Mission.

Suffolk County Animal Control
If you need assistance with a domestic animal problem, namely a dog or cat
issue, contact Suffolk County Animal Services.  They can handle a variety
of domestic animal issues, such as: Lost dog or cat; Report dangerous or barking dog; capture of stray dogs or cats; pet adoptions; dog or cat vaccinations; spay and neuter programs; pet licensing
